1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CreatorHub Go ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
CreatorHub Go is a digital information and creator–brand connection platform. We provide access to creator opportunities, market insights, and data-based tools ("Services"). We do not participate in contract negotiation, payment between
creators and brands, or guarantee collaboration outcomes.
2. Eligibility
You must be:
- At least 18 years old
- Capable of entering a binding contract
- Using the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws
3. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Description of Services
CreatorHub Go provides:
- Brand opportunity listings
- Creator-focused insights and data reports
- Paid access to detailed collaboration information
- Matching recommendations
- Optional subscription plans
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users may NOT:
- Misrepresent identity, audience size, engagement, or analytics
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform data
- Use automated scripts to access or collect information
- Engage in unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent activities
- Post harmful, discriminatory, or abusive content
- Circumvent paywalls or access controls
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Intellectual Property
All Platform content—including branding, UI, text, analytics, reports, and dashboards—is the property of CreatorHub Go. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services.
Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
7. Payment & Subscription
Paid features are subject to the Refund & Billing Policy, incorporated here by reference. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
8. Information Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate data, we do not guarantee:
- Completeness
- Accuracy
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Results of brand collaboration
Platform data is provided "AS IS."
9. Third-Party Links
CreatorHub Go may include links to external websites. We are not responsible for external content or services.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- ToS violations
- Fraud or abuse
- Legal or security concerns
Users may delete their account at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreatorHub Go is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, data, reputation, or opportunities
- Creator-brand disputes or collaboration results
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong / Singapore (choose depending on your registration).
